Above Promotions’ CEO Champions STEMM Equity at the 2024 White House Summit

Above Promotions CEO Ebony Vaz and Motivate Enterprises CEO Servola Frazier represented the Black Innovation Leaders of Florida at the landmark 2024 White House Summit on STEMM Equity and Excellence. Held on May 1st in Washington, D.C., the summit brought together leaders nationwide to chart a course toward a more equitable and prosperous future in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine (STEMM).

The day started with a dynamic agenda featuring opening remarks, keynote addresses, and insightful panel discussions. Ebony and Servola participated in sessions focused on fostering equity in education, leveraging diverse minds in research and development, and ensuring all workers thrive in the STEMM workforce.

A key highlight was unveiling the National Strategy: Propelling Progress & Prosperity by 2050. This comprehensive plan outlines actionable steps to increase access and opportunity in STEMM fields and to grow the U.S. STEMM workforce by 20 million by 2050.

The summit concluded with a call to action, urging attendees to translate discussions into concrete initiatives.
