Code of Conduct

The following is our Code of Conduct for workshops offered to the public and private training services. Please review the below carefully before attending an event being led by Above Promotions.

This workshop provides a safe space for everyone, regardless of background. By participating in this workshop, you agree to follow this code of conduct. To allow all participants to benefit from our workshops, we are setting an environment of learning from our facilitators and each other. Everyone who attends workshop activities is required to conform to this Code of Conduct.

All participants are expected to show respect and courtesy to others. To be helpful and have a positive attitude.
All participants are expected to be respectful of different viewpoints and experiences.
All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and accept constructive criticism.
All participants are expected to ​​discuss personal projects within a professional boundary, not excessively selling services or products.

Unacceptable behavior includes but is not limited to:

Violent threats or language directed against another participant
Publication of private communication without consent
Causing someone to fear for their safety, such as through stalking, following, or intimidation
Discriminatory jokes and language.
Posting sexually explicit or violent material.
Personal insults, especially those using racist or sexist terms.

Participants must respect the confidentiality of information shared during the workshop and not disclose or use any information without prior consent.

Participants must comply with all workshop rules and instructions provided by the organizers and facilitators and adhere to all rules and regulations.

If you believe someone is violating the Code of Conduct, we ask that you report it to any workshop organizers. A team member will respond as soon as possible to address the issue. The participant might be removed from attending the workshops if they violated the code of conduct.
